My Space Coast website moving!

This is to inform MySpaceCoast's steady visitors and loyal forum posters and readers that this website is moving to a new host. My Space Coast, has in effect, been online long before the internet, beginning as a Bulletin Board System started in 1991. It grew with the times and evolved into My Space Coast as it moved onto the internet, leaving the local Bulletin Board dial up communication behind. It is with great happiness that I will be turning this site over to another veteran of the early days, and a skilled webmaster in Brevard County, Tim Long. He is younger and more able to carry this site into the coming decades. Due to my advancing age and health issues, I want to ensure its continued service to Brevard County Florida.

Within the next two weeks, arrangements are being made for this transfer. You, as a visitor, need to do nothing, except be aware that the site may be down for a day or two while the transfer of the domain name and hosting sites, takes effect. The only difference that you should find is that the forum area will begin anew. It appears that a unix database and a windows database will not work together, so Tim is starting the forums from scratch. The same topic areas will be there, but no messages. If you felt there was any information, or any of Ira's beautiful bird and nature pictures, you wanted to download, please do so within the next week.

I will now become a visitor to My Space Coast on Tim's website, so I won't be going anywhere myself.

I want to thank everyone that has enjoyed visiting here . . . that should not change, and Tim possibly has plans to enhance the site and its information for Brevardians.
